Brianna graduated from the Central South University, Mainland China with a Bachelor of Law degree in sociology. She obtained her Master degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, majoring in Gender Studies. She is interested in the research areas of gender, sexualities and sex education in the digital age. Currently, she is working on a research project which aims to evaluate the effectiveness of social media-based sex education intervention on adolescents and discuss its potential in terms of subversion of normative gender roles and sexual empowerment.
